For the 1954 Chevrolets, General Motors, had a bright new idea for their interiors.
The interior of the new Chevrolet Delray Club Coupe for example is all vinyl, in colors that harmonized with all Exterior Finishes.
They were practical as they were beautiful with solid quality through and through. You could see the quality in their finer materials and workmanship.
The 1954 Chevrolet Bel Air convertible interior were even richer, with two tone all vinyl trims and snap on boot cover.
The new 1954 Chevy Bellair had the traditional assortment of extra equipment and features such as genuine carpeting instead of rubber floor mats. Popular on the 1954 Chevrolet Belair were horizontally flowing vinyl door panels. Belair Sport Coupes had special "Fashion Fiesta" two tone upholstery.

"Deluxe" 210 1954 Chevrolet interiors were not as nice as the Bel Air but much better than the One Fifty Chevrolets. Example, Carpet was standard and durable cloth seats with vinyl contrasting panels in four different color schemes were available on the Two Ten. The 1953 Two Ten Delray Club Coupe came with all vinyl, waffle pattern upholstery and matching two tone door panels.
"Special" 150s had plainer interiors made of fashionalable durable materials.
